■職種概要 当社のAGV案件は、アームロボット案件と並び、Mujin Japanの重要な事業の柱の一つです。導入出荷台数も国内随一を誇り、特に大手製造業・物流業によく採用されることがMujinならではの強みです。ロボットによる仕分け・積み付け等の手作業の自動化に加え、AGVによる運搬・搬送工程の自動化により、当社Mujin Japanが物流業界をはじめ、Eコマース、自動車、消費財、医薬品卸、素材メーカーなどの多くの業界の、様々な自動化ニーズを実現させてきました。これにより、Mujin Japan事業が第3フェーズであるトータルソリューションに進化してきました。 岡崎のフィールドサービスエンジニアは、当社お客様に導入されている数千台AGVの安定運用を支える重要なポジションです。 現地での点検・メンテナンスからトラブルシューティング、顧客対応まで幅広く担当いただき、AGVシステムのパフォーマンス向上や予防保全の仕組み作りにも携わっていただきます。 ■部署役割 サービス部では、お客様のもとへ納入されたロボットシステム・Mujinロボットのアフターサービスを実施する部署です。年間点検の計画立案、工数の見積もり、顧客との調整、現地での対応まで、一連の業務を担当。今後、サービス部の機能を拡充するため、営業としてお客様にサービスを提案することも想定しており、単なる保守業務にとどまらず、より高度なアフターサービスの企画や改善にも関わることができます。 ■募集背景 これまでMujinのAGV（無人搬送車）をはじめとする物流自動化ソリューションのアフターサポートは、東京のフィールドサービスエンジニアがロボットシステムと兼任する形で対応していました。しかし、AGV単体での導入案件に加え、ロボットを含む自動化システム全体の導入が拡大する中、お客様に対してより迅速かつ高品質なサポートを提供できる体制の構築が求められています。 今後の事業拡大と導入台数の増加を見据え、本ポジションではまずはAGV領域を中心にご担当いただきながら、将来的にはロボットシステムを含む幅広い製品・ソリューションの安定稼働支援を担っていただくことを期待しています。 また、顧客対応だけでなく、サービス品質向上に向けた仕組みづくりや運用改善、組織づくりにも主体的に関わっていただける方を歓迎します。 職種概要 AGVの点検・メンテナンスに伴う工数見積もり作成および顧客とのスケジュール調整 現地でのAGV稼働状況確認・点検・メンテナンス作業 AGVシステム障害対応（例：ネットワーク落ちた等）、原因調査、及び改善策の提案 顧客からの問い合わせ対応（リモートサポートおよび現地対応） サービス効率化：作業マニュアル・ライドブックの作成 ※現在はAGVが中心ですが、今後ロボットのフィールドサービスも対応いただきます。 必須要件 何らかの機器のメンテナンス・アフターサービスの経験（産業機器、自動車、航空機など） 顧客折衝経験またはそれらに準ずる経験 ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力 歓迎要件 ハードウェア制御の知識／実務経験（センサー、ビジョンシステム、モーター、PLCなど） ソフトウェア・通信プロトコルの知識／実務経験（TCP/IP、UDP、HTTP、API、ログ解析など） AGV／AMR、または物流ロボティクスのセットアップ・システムインテグレーション経験 自動車メーカーとの顧客折衝経験 自動車整備士、航空整備士資格をお持ちの方 ポジション魅力 ◎保守にとどまらない幅広いサービス経験 単なるメンテナンス業務ではなく、アフターサービスの企画や改善にも携われるポジションです。サービスを「提供する側」から「創り上げる側」へとキャリアを広げられます ◎成長フェーズで仕組みづくりに参画 サービス部拡大や新チーム発足のタイミングにおいて、新しい仕組みづくりや業務改善に関わることが可能です。自らの成果が組織文化に直結する、成長環境での挑戦ができます。 ◎成長産業での新規部署立ち上げに参画できる AGV（無人搬送車）システムはMujinの売上を支える主要事業の一つであり、今後さらに拡大が見込まれる分野です。その大規模システムの導入・運用を支えるサービス員として経験を積めるだけでなく、新規部署の立ち上げに直接関わることができます。
