業務内容 日本におけるEngineering and R&D（ERD）グローバルビジネスラインのリーダーシップチームの一員として、国内におけるデリバリ活動を統括。 本ポジションは、日本におけるデリバリ組織全体のパフォーマンスと信頼性を担保する最重要リーダーシップ役割であり、事業成長・顧客成功・組織能力開発を全方位で牽引する。 担当するすべてのポートフォリオ、プログラムとサービスにおけるE2E デリバリの成功に責任を持ちます。デリバリに関する責任者としてとしてデリバリに関するKPI（プロジェクトファイナンス、リスク・品質、顧客満足）の責任を負います。 デリバリマネジメント組織の人材マデリバリ・組織能力開発の推進およびDelivery Excellence / Industrialization およびLocalizationの推進や構築を行います。 ロケーション 東京、つくばオフィス（ハイブリッド勤務可） 職務内容 End-to-End Delivery の総責任 プログラム管理のすべての側面に品質・コスト・スケジュール・リスク・顧客満足の最終責任者。 プロジェクトの商務判断・重要意思決定を行い、顧客エグゼクティブとデリバリ観点でのコミュニケーションを担当。 プロジェクト開始からクローズまでの E2E デリバリプロセスを統括し、成功と収益性を確保する。 Delivery Governance の統括 Engagement Manager（EM）の任命・評価・育成を行い、EM コミュニティをリード。 月次レビュー、プロジェクトレビューを主宰し、予実管理（DVI、CIP、リスク、品質、KPI）に基づく意思決定を実施。 関連部門と連携した横断ガバナンスを確立し、全体デリバリ状況を MD に報告。 デリバリ財務管理（Revenue・CM%）の最終責任 デリバリにおけるポートフォリオ全体の年度 Revenue /
