KPIを達成する : 利益額および率,トレードファンドのROI,配荷•ディスプレイなどのセールスファンダメンタルズ 4. 毎月のセールスエスティメイト(セルアウト予測)の精度を±2%以内にする(Commitした数字をDeliverする) (役割と責任) 担当得意先のキーアカウントおよび主要卸店との戦略的パートナーシップの構築 : (アドバンテージで上位3分の1を目標) 1. 得意先の戦略や価値を置くポイント(Customer Value)を明確に理解し,Win-Win関係を構築するためのSweet Spotを見つける 2. 得意先のDecision Mappingを理解し,Sweet SpotのDriveをベースにした協働関係構築のための戦略を策定する 3. 具体的に「いつ•誰と•どのような内容で」コンタクトを取るのかを含めた詳細な年間プランを作成する 質の高いジョイント•ビジネス•プランニング(JBP)の継続的実施 1. 個々の得意先にフィットし,その得意先が価値を置くものを中心に据えたセリングストーリー(バリュー•ドリブン•セリング)作成する 2. 中長期目標と戦略をベースにした継続したアプローチにするためPDCAサイクルを実行する 3. 得意先の期待値を超えるような,競合他社と差別化された質の高いJBP会議を社内のサポートを得ながら実行する
Description ミッション: 卓越した店頭展開の実行とパーフェクトストアの構築 外部委託業者所属のマーチャンダイザーの管理と育成を通して,当社取引先小売店舗において自社製品の売場作成や受注等の交渉と実行を行い,視認性の高い売場(パーフェクトストア)を構築し,お客様(ショッパー)が購入し,当社製品を使用する事で,弊社企業理念である,日々のケアがもたらす,驚くべき力を解き放つを実現する。 1,責任をもって管理する業務 •外部委託先の事務局担当者と共にマーチャンダイザー組織の運営し,店頭戦略の実行を通じて,KPI達成,売上目標の達成と最大化に務めます。 •マーチャンダイザーの上長であるスーパーバイザーの育成を通じ,マーチャンダイザー個々人の店頭具現化に関わる能力の向上に務めます。 •マーチャンダイザーが担当店舗での店頭具現化,またその最大化を滞りなく行えるように,販促物•テスター管理,商談資料準備, 会議運営,トレーニング等間接的支援を行います。 2,戦略実行とレビュー •外部委託先事務局,SVや当社担当営業課員,課長と,KPI達成の為に会議やReviewの実行,運営を行います。 •マーチャンダイザー,スーパーバイザー,事務局が使用する,「POP6」というシステム•アプリケーションのシステムアドミニストレーター として,実際にマーチャンダイザーが店頭作業時に回答をする,店頭質問(店頭KPI)の設定とトラッキングおこなって頂きます。 •各企業,各店舗の販売データとPOP6で入手した店頭データの相関分析を行い,課題抽出,仮設立案を元に店頭具現化の改善に務めて頂きます。 •その他戦略実行に必要な直接的,間接的業務に務めて頂きます。 3,マーチャンダイザー組織と営業部,その他のチームへ貢献をする •スーパーバイザ-とマーチャンダイザーとの3者同行時のOJTを行い,スタッフの能力や士気の向上に務めます。 •マーチャンダイザーが店舗で活用できる交渉トークの作成や,またその交渉用資料の作成に務めます •店舗の情報をトレードマーケティング,マーケティングチームに報告し,さらなる店舗戦略の向上に努めます。 •競合他社の活動情報をトレードマーケティング,営業課員他に提供します。 Qualifications 関連する経験 •FMCG業界での3年以上の営業経験,またはスーパーバイザ-としてマーチャンダイザー組織の運営経験,またはトレードマーケター, ビジネスプランナーとして戦略立案やその実行等で組織運営の経験がある事。 •上昇志向があり,新しい事へのチャレンジに抵抗がなく,周囲へ良い影響力を与えられる人材 リーダーシップコンピテンシー •洞察に基づいて,満たされていないニーズを明らかにする •現状に挑戦し改善を行い,変化を先導し,適応する •オーナーシップをもち,建設的な会話で周囲をエンゲージメントする •敏捷性と説明責任 関連するスキルと知識 •ショッパーインサイトに基づいたショッパーの購買行動の理解 •店舗データや売上データを論理的に分析できる力,またその戦略戦術立案とその実行 •プロジェクトマネジメント経験 •Microsoft office
