DWS領域：Customer Technology Advisor (CTA) 【勤務地】 東京(本社) ※リモートワーク可（ハイブリッド勤務） 【業務内容】 ・このポジションのミッション 市場投入を担うGTM (Go-To-Market) チームの中核メンバーとして、デジタルワークプレイス領 域の専門知識を活かし、お客様の従業員エンゲージメント向上や働き方改革を実現するための 最適なソリューションを提案します。単なる技術提案にとどまらず、お客様の「ビジョナリー（未来 を描くパートナー）」としてビジネス機会を創出する重要な役割です。 ※GTMチーム-①カスタマーパートナー 部門 ②コンサルトパートナー部門と連携致します。 【主な職務内容】 技術専門性を活かしたデジタルワークプレース変革のリード： お客様や社内コンサルタントと連携し、M365、VDI、ServiceNow、生成AI（Copilot等）などの専門 知識を駆使して、従業員体験（EX）を向上させるビジネス案件を推進します。 ・ソリューションの提案と価値の実証： 説得力のあるデモンストレーションやプレゼンテーションを通じて、キンドリルの技術力と信頼性 を分かりやすく伝えます。お客様のビジネス・技術要件を深く理解し、キンドリルの幅広いケイパ ビリティを組み合わせて、分野横断的な最適ソリューションを創出します。 ・技術支援と案件構築： 営業、プリセールス、デリバリーの各段階において、コンサルティング、アドバイザリー、アーキテ クチャ設計を技術的な側面から支援します。社内の多様な専門知識を結集し、収益性の高い案 件を構築します。 プリセールス活動の統括と品質管理： GTM（Go-To-Market）チームの中核としてプリセールスプロセス全体を主導し、ベストプラクティス の確立やコンプライアンス遵守を徹底します。技術チームの品質を管理し、お客様の「ビジョナ リー（未来を描くパートナー）」として信頼を獲得します。 パートナーアライアンスとの連携・協業： Microsoft等のアライアンスパートナーと強固なリレーションを構築し、共同ソリューションの開発 や市場開拓を行います。技術トレンドをいち早くキャッチアップし、Kyndrylのソリューションポートフォリオに反映させます。
