本ポジションは、主に社ホールセール事業部のビジネス戦略に基づく、IT システムの新規開発や改修におけるプロジェクトのデリバリーを行う事を主な職務とし、プロジェクトの立ち上げから実行、リリース後のオペレーション定着化まで責任を持ち、ステークホルダーの期待をコントロールの上、社内関係者（エンドユーザー、IT担当）／協力会社メンバー等で構成されるチームをリードする職務を担って頂きます。役割は、プロジェクトマネージャーとなります。 ＜主な職務例＞ - プロジェクトの立ち上げ（スポンサー、ユーザーの期待をまとめ、プロジェクトを開始する） - プロジェクトの実行（プロジェクト実行計画をたて、プロジェクトを実行する） - プロジェクトの終了（プロジェクトの教訓をまとめ、プロジェクトを評価、終了させる） - ベンダーを含めたリソース管理およびチームビルディング - ステークホルダーの期待と興味をコントロール - コミュニケーション管理、働きやすい環境づくりと維持 - ソリューション提案と評価 - コストの予実管理、調達管理 - リスクと課題の管理 - 問題分析七解決 上記の職務に加え、現在当社が導入強化を目指しているアジャイル開発、DevOps、クラウド、AIなどの先端技術検証導入推進などにも積極的にチャレンジしていただける機会もあります。また、当社が大切にしている風土である社員の働きやすさの向上や、改善活動を自発的に企画し、より働きやすい環境を作ることを推進していただける方を歓迎します。 Key Tasks & Accountabilities 職務内容: - プログラムマネジメント支援 - プロジェクトポートフォリオ管理支援（プロジェクト実施優先度調整含む） - 社内のガバナンス関連（プロジェクト関連）レポートの作成 -
