Location: 京滋北陸・大阪営業所 About the job 【担当エリア】 石川県・富山県 【職務内容】 1.難易度・専門性など影響力のある顧客やプロジェクトを担当し、社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら、新たな関係性の構築や、市場の開拓を行う。 •Take the Lead戦略を理解し、常に会社、営業部、営業所全体を俯瞰する高い視座を持ち、他のメンバーの課題解決にも積極的に関与し、所長・営業部長・本社・コプロメーカーの所長、担当者などの社内外関係者を巻き込みながら、マインドセット・活動の質と量の面から営業所・営業部を牽引している。 2.業界や会社の行動規範に基づき、自らメンバーの目標達成に向けた適切なアドバイスやサポートを通じて営業所の目標達成に貢献する。 •営業所メンバーと積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、施設攻略上の課題や、ビジネススキル課題を特定し、所長と相談の上、課題克服のための助言を継続的に行っている。 •営業所プランの進捗をモニタリングし、適宜所長に進捗や課題を提言し、メンバーがポジティブな気持ちで営業所プランを完遂できるよう主体的にメンバーに働きかけ、所長のサポートを行っている。 •高い視座を持ち、方針の本質を理解し、上長と対応方法を相談しながら、関わるメンバーへやるべきことの背景や理由を補足し、納得を得て前向きにさせている。 3.営業所長の片腕として自らチームをまとめる。 •会社・営業所の戦略を理解し、自ら戦術を実行した上で、営業所の課題や対応策について所長に相談・提言し、営業所のプランに反映させている。 •所長不在時のエリア講演会や会議などにおいて、適切な企画の運営やトラブル発生時の対応をリードする。 •会社が導入する新たなツールを積極的に活用し、周囲への波及効果を通じて、価値創造や課題解決につなげている。 •エリアのチームリーダーの役割を担っている。 •主要な適応症のプロモーター、AIM-MVPプロモーターに相当する役割を担っている。 4.最新の社内外のルールを正しく理解して患者思考の活動を行っている •コンプライアンス＆インテグリティ：最新の業界ルールや Sanofi Policyを常に確認・理解し、自らの行動の振り返りを行い、営業所メンバーへアドバイスするなどして日々の活動に生かしている。 •市販後調査・副作用／クレーム対応等完遂：GVP、GPSP、安全性情報、OUG、品質管理、適正価格維持等各遵守項目を確実に モニタリングし適切に運用する。 •製品を通じた社会への貢献：適切なプロモーションと疾患啓発を継続して展開し、必要としている全ての患者さんに1日も早く製品を届けることで社会に貢献する。 • 営業所の職場環境をよりよくするための活動を主体的に行い、皆が高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる職場づくりに貢献している。 About you 【職務要件】 ＊必須（MUST） ・基本的なビジネススキル（コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等）
