Job Requisition ID # 26WD99738 ポジション概要 日本市場を中心にマーケティング施策を推進するとともに、APAC地域における一部のマーケティング施策もサポートいただく、経験豊富で成果志向のDemand Generation Managerを募集します。 本ポジションは、単にマーケティングキャンペーンを実行するだけでなく、ビジネス成果の創出にコミットできる方に最適な、実務中心（ハンズオン）の役割です。リージョナルマーケティングリードと密接に連携しながら、アイデアの提案、キャンペーン戦略の策定、そして統合型デマンドジェネレーション施策の企画・実行を通じて、パイプライン創出および事業成長に貢献していただきます。 責任 デマンドジェネレーション デジタルマーケティング、有料広告、ウェビナー、イベント、コンテンツマーケティング、ライフサイクルマーケティングを組み合わせた統合型デマンドジェネレーションキャンペーンの企画・実行 営業、プリセールス、および関連部門と連携し、質の高い営業パイプラインを創出するとともに、売上成長を加速 キャンペーン戦略、メッセージング、およびチャネル最適化に関するアイデアや提案を行う 必要に応じてAPAC地域全体のマーケティング施策を支援 マーケティングオペレーションおよび施策実行 マーケティングオートメーションツールやCRMプラットフォームを活用し、メール配信、ランディングページ、フォーム、ウェビナー、キャンペーンワークフローなどの設計・実行 キャンペーン運営に必要な各種調整（マーケティングアセット、外部ベンダー、イベント運営など）の管理 有料広告、SEO、キャンペーン最適化を含むデジタルマーケティング施策の実施・支援 パフォーマンス分析・インサイト キャンペーンの成果を継続的にモニタリングし、マーケティング効果およびROI向上に向けた実践的な改善提案を実施 AIを活用したマーケティングツールを利用し、生産性向上、キャンペーン実行、コンテンツ制作の効率化を推進 データ分析、営業パイプラインへの貢献度、およびビジネスインパクトをもとに、マーケティング施策を継続的に最適化 最低資格 B2Bマーケティング（デマンドジェネレーション、フィールドマーケティング、またはデジタルマーケティング）の実務経験5～10年以上 ビジネス成果につながる統合型マーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行経験 ネイティブレベルの日本語力、および業務で支障のない英語力（読み・書き・会話） 優れたプロジェクトマネジメント能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力を有し、複数の業務を同時並行で推進できる方 データ分析に基づき、キャンペーン成果を具体的な改善提案へと落とし込める高い分析力 主体性があり、変化に柔軟に対応できるとともに、協調性を持ってスピード感のあるリージョナル環境で業務を遂行できる方 歓迎要件 Marketo、Salesforce（SFDC）、6senseの実務経験 APACまたはリージョン横断のマーケティング施策を担当した経験 製造業（Design &
