【 Rapyuta Robotics について】 Rapyuta Robotics（ラピュタロボティクス株式会社）は、2014年にスイス連邦工科大学チューリッヒ校（ETH Zurich）のスピンオフとして設立されたロボティクス企業です。「Empowering Lives With Connected Machines（マシンとマシンを繋げ、人々の生活を豊かにする）」をビジョンに、3K業務の自動化を通じて、人がより知的で創造的な仕事に挑戦できる社会の実現を目指しています。累計調達額は約106億円で、クラウドロボティクスプラットフォーム「rapyuta.io」を中核に、メーカーや機能の異なるロボットを共通基盤上でつなぎ、群制御AIによって複数台の経路計画やタスク配分を最適化するソリューションを提供しています。 物流領域では、ピッキングアシストロボット、自動倉庫、自動フォークリフトなどを同じクラウド基盤上で連携させることで、既存倉庫でも大規模工事を抑えつつ、生産性向上と柔軟な自動化を実現しています。 【役割と責任 】 当社のPA-AMRソリューションにおいて、カスタマーサクセスとエンジニアリングの間をつなぐビジネスアナリストを募集しています。 このポジションでは、トレース、タイムスタンプ、メトリクス、ダッシュボード、分析アウトプットに関する要件を定義していただきます。倉庫業務のユースケースを理解し、システムの可視性における不足を特定した上で、現場のニーズを明確なエンジニアリング要件へと変換する役割です。 なお、このポジションは、見込み顧客向けのROI試算シミュレーションや営業活動の支援を目的とするものではありません。導入後の実際のPA-AMR運用を把握・監視・改善するために必要なトレース、メトリクス、タイミングロジック、分析アウトプットの定義と改善に重点を置いた役割です。 【職務内容】 要件定義 PA-AMRのワークフローと顧客のユースケースを理解する。 トレース、タイムスタンプ、イベント出力、メトリクス、ダッシュボードの要件を定義する。 不足しているトレースや不明確なロジックを特定し、追加・変更を依頼する。 エンジニアリングおよびオペレーション向けに、要件を明確に文書化する。 分析 運用フロー、イベントのタイミング、KPIロジックを分析する。 現在のトレースやダッシュボードが十分かどうかを検証する。 システムイベントからメトリクスをどのように算出すべきかを定義する。 運用およびROIに関する課題の根本原因分析を支援する。 部門横断的な連携 オペレーションと連携し、現場のニーズと課題を把握する。 エンジニアリングと連携し、実装方針をすり合わせる。 ダッシュボードおよび分析結果が実際の倉庫運用を反映していることを担保する。 チーム間の優先順位の整合を支援する。 ツールとデータ Grafana、Elasticsearch、BigQueryなどのツールを用いて業務を行う。 ダッシュボードの設計と分析定義を支援する。 バックエンドの分析アウトプットに必要なデータ要件を整理する。
