ポジション概要 Engineering Supervisorとして、Chief Engineerをサポートしながら、ホテル施設・設備の維持管理、予防保全、安全管理および法令遵守を推進していただきます。 建物・設備・敷地の管理を通じて、ゲストに安全で快適な滞在環境を提供するとともに、エンジニアリングチームの運営や設備改善プロジェクト、エネルギー管理など幅広い業務に携わっていただくポジションです。 主な業務内容 エンジニアリング業務 Chief Engineerの業務補佐およびエンジニアリング部門の運営サポート ホテル内の建物・設備・敷地の維持管理 空調（HVAC）、給排水設備、電気設備、冷凍・冷蔵設備、水処理設備などの保守・点検 客室・レストラン・共用エリア・バックオフィス・館内設備の維持管理 予防保全計画の実施・管理 修繕・改装・設備更新プロジェクトのサポート 修繕工事や設備更新に伴う業者との調整・施工管理 部品・設備・備品の在庫管理および発注 設備・施設の定期点検および品質管理 設備異常や故障発生時の原因分析および改善対応 緊急時の施設対応および防災体制の運営サポート安全・法令遵守 建築設備・消防設備など各種法令・安全基準への適合管理 消防設備、防災設備、警報設備の維持管理 エネルギー使用状況の管理および省エネルギー施策の推進 行政機関・消防署・協力会社との連携ゲストサービス・チーム運営 快適で安全なホテル環境の維持によるゲスト満足度向上 客室・共用エリアの定期点検 エンジニアリングスタッフへの業務指導・教育 他部門と連携しながらホテル全体の運営をサポート サービス品質向上に向けた改善提案 応募資格 必須条件 高等学校卒業以上 以下いずれかに該当する方 ホテル・商業施設・ビル等で設備管理・施設管理の実務経験2年以上 建築・建設・機械・電気・設備工学などの関連分野を専攻された専門学校・短期大学・大学卒業者 空調設備（HVAC）、給排水設備、電気設備などに関する基礎知識 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、メール等）歓迎条件 ホテルでの設備管理経験 第二種電気工事士、消防設備士、ボイラー技士、冷凍機械責任者などの資格
