＜職務内容/Main task＞ 【担当領域】 次世代コックピットシステムにおける、Android Automotive OS（AAOS）をベースとしたアプリケーション開発 【R&D内における役割】 SDV の実現に向け、クラウドやスマートフォンと連携することで、車内のお客さまに多様な体験を提供するコネクテッド技術を活用した車載システムを開発しています。Google が提供する AAOS のソースコードをベースに、日々進化するAAOSの更新に継続的に追従しながら、自社車両に最適化されたアプリケーションやサービスをアジャイル手法で開発し、OTA（Over-The-Air）を通じて市場の車両へ新たな価値を届けていく組織です。 【具体的な業務】 (1) ユーザーストーリーや上位システム要求を基に、車載ソフトウェアに対する要求分析を行い、技術的妥当性と実現性の観点から要件定義を主導 (2) ソフトウェアアーキテクチャについて、拡張性・保守性の観点から是非を判断し、改善方針を策定 (3) AAOSの技術最新動向や、認証要件を深く理解し、関係者へ共有するとともに、効果的な適応を主導 (4) ソフトウェア実装に対して技術的観点からレビューの実施および、その品質の検証・評価を主導 【期待される役割】 ・技術リード: Androidに関する知見を活かし、技術的な課題解決を主導する。 ・組織づくり: 大阪新拠点のコアメンバーとして、開発プロセスの策定、採用活動のサポート、エンジニアリングカルチャーの醸成に寄与する。 ・変化への対応: SDV実現に向けた不確定な要求や、頻繁なソフトウェア更新に対し、アジャイルなマインドセットで柔軟に対応する。 【期待される役割】 ・スタートアップのような環境: 大手自動車メーカーの安定基盤がありながら、大阪拠点は「ゼロからの立ち上げ」となるため、ベンチャー企業のようなスピード感と裁量権があります。 ・ロケーション: 新設される大阪オフィス（大阪市内予定）。 ・働き方: リモートワークと出社のハイブリッド勤務を推奨。神奈川のR&D本部とはオンラインで常時連携しますが、自律的に動くことが求められます。 ・チーム構成:
