YOUR MISSION Eコマースのパフォーマンスマーケティング戦略設計・実行・効果測定を通じ集客を最大化していくお仕事です。候補者はプーマオンラインストア /アプリビジネスにおける自然検索、検索広告、ディスプレイ広告、SNS広告、アフィリエイトなどの外部集客の責任をもちます。KPIは売上、ROAS、アプリでのMAU達成を目的とし、パフォーマンスマーケティング＆CRMマネージャーにレポートします。フルファネルでのカスタマージャーニープランに関してeCommチームメンバー、ブランドマーケティングチームと協力して相乗効果のあるマーケティングプランを開発します。また、グローバルEコマースと連携し、ベストプラクティスやプロモーション、効果測定など、日本のEコマースビジネス加速にむけたアクションを実行頂きます。 年間広告予算を管理し、有料広告のパフォーマンス管理と予算管理を担います（SEM、ディスプレイ、SNS、アフィリエイト、アプリ広告を含む）。 自然検索対策（SEO）を日本Eコマースチーム、グローバルEコマースチームと連携し集客を加速させます。 広告代理店と連携を強化し、パフォーマンス向上/最適化/報告を行います。 すべてのキャンペーンのパフォーマンス測定および報告を行い目標（ROIおよびKPI）に対して評価し改善策を検討します。 他のEコマースメンバーやブランドマーケティングと協力して、すべてのチャネルでメッセージが一貫していることを確認します。 マーケティングチームと協力しオーディエンス戦略を推進します。 As a part of Performance Marketing & CRM, a candidate will work on driving the Performance Marketing strategy for Japan.
