ANAインターコンチネンタルホテル東京では、F&B Marketing Managerを募集しております。 本ポジションでは、ホテル内のレストランおよびバーにおけるマーケティング戦略の立案・実行を通じて、売上および収益の最大化を担っていただきます。 デジタルチャネルから従来型の販促施策まで幅広く管理・最適化を行い、既存チャネルの強化や新たな販売機会の創出を推進していただきます。また、ホテルのマーケティング・コミュニケーションチームやF&Bチームと密接に連携しながら、魅力的なプロモーションやキャンペーンを企画・展開し、ホテルの飲食施設のブランド価値向上に貢献していただくポジションです。 【主な業務内容】 ■ F&Bマーケティング戦略の企画・推進 ・料飲部門、調理部門、レベニューチーム、マーケティングチームと連携し、年間およびシーズンごとのF&Bマーケティング戦略・キャンペーンカレンダーを策定する ■ 関係部署との連携・調整 ・料飲部門とマーケティング＆コミュニケーション部門の橋渡し役として、マーケティング施策が事業目標および収益目標と整合するよう推進する ■ F&Bマーケティングミーティングの運営 ・定期的なF&Bマーケティングミーティングの企画・運営 ・アジェンダ作成、施策進捗の共有、フォローアップアクションの管理 ■ CRM・販促施策の実施 ・料飲部門の責任者およびレベニューチームと連携し、社内データベースやTableCheckを活用したメールマーケティング（eDM）を企画・配信 ・予約獲得および売上最大化に向けた販促施策の実施 ■ コンテンツ制作・撮影サポート ・ブランドマーケティングチームが実施するレストラン・バーの撮影をサポート ・店舗オペレーションとの調整 ・ムードボードの作成、メニュー演出の提案、スタイリングディレクションなど、F&B視点からクリエイティブ制作に携わる 【必須スキル・経験】 ・優れたコミュニケーション能力および文章作成能力 ・プロジェクトマネジメント能力および高い業務遂行力 ・SNS、Webサイト、デジタル広告など、オンラインマーケティングに関する知識 ・ビジネスおよび収益目標を理解し、それに基づいて施策を企画・実行できる商業的視点 ・主体性を持って行動し、課題解決に前向きに取り組める方 ・新しいアイデアを生み出し、魅力的なコンテンツを企画・制作できる創造力 ・ビジネスレベルの日本力・英語力 月給 40万円以上 ※経験により優遇
