Job Description Job Description 担当製品はinvitrogen, Gibco, Nuncブランドを代表とする分子生物学、細胞培養、細胞解析用の研究用試薬類、プラスチック消耗品や小型卓上研究機器。もしくは大型機器の機器の予定です。 エンドユーザーはアカデミアのお客様が中心になりますが、ベンチャー、中小企業、病院のお客様も含まれます。契約販売店を通しての販売様式を基本とする為、取引先との関係構築も必要となります。その為、取引先への定期的な訪問や製品勉強会なども実施頂く必要があります 日常業務としては現場やWebミーティングでのお客様との商談が主になります。新製品の導入や競合からの切り替え活動を初めとした日売り(ランレート)の活動や、機器のデモンストレーション、納品作業を実施いただきます。必要に応じて社内のテクニカルサポートから学術的なフォローをもらえる体制もあります。その他、営業フォーキャストの提出や定期的な会議、新製品トレーニングなども業務の一部としてあります。 多くの現場での実地訓練及び座学トレーニング、縦横斜めのチーム編成サポートを受けながらお客様の満足が最大限になるように目標達成 します。 必要要件 • 口頭、書面における優れたプレゼンテーション能力 • 電話、電子メール、Web会議での円滑なコミュニケーション能力 • 社内外の相手と友好的かつ効果的な交渉ができる能力 • 指示を待つのではなく、能動的に業務を遂行する能力 • 自分へのフィードバックを受け入れる前向きな姿勢 • 失敗を恐れないチャレンジ精神 • 顧客を第一にできる思考と行動力 • 基本的なPCスキル • 自動車運転免許資格 応募要件 • 科学/技術分野における学士号または同等の経験 • 有形物営業経験3年以上...
