【業務内容】 ■フレームワークおよびポリシーの実装： グローバルポリシーを適用し、必要に応じて子会社固有のルールや運用を策定する。 ■ガバナンスおよびリスク管理： ベンダーリスク分類、デュー・ディリジェンス、コンプライアンスチェックを実施する。 ■ポリシー遵守の監督： 契約管理者を監督し、社内ポリシーの適切な遵守状況を評価する。 ■オペレーショナル・レジリエンスおよびBCP： 業務継続計画（BCP）・オペレーショナルレジリエンスの担当部門と連携し、ベンダーマネジメントの観点から重要業務の持続性を確保する。 ■グローバルおよび社内連携： グローバルチームと協働し、プロセスの標準化やベストプラクティスの共有を推進する。 ■契約管理者向けトレーニングとガイド提供： 契約管理におけるギャップを特定し、必要なトレーニングプログラムを企画・実施する。 ■レポーティング： シニアマネジメントおよびリスク委員会向けに、定期的な報告書および改善提案を作成・提出する。 ■ステークホルダーマネジメント： 購買、法務、リスク管理部門と連携し、ガバナンスの強化を図る。 ■継続的改善： KPIをモニタリングし、リスク管理およびガバナンスプロセスの改善策を提案する。 ■日本の規制への対応： 規制変更に対応し、関連するポリシーやプロセスを適宜更新する。 【スキル・経験（必須 / Must Have）】 ■購買業務またはサードパーティリスク管理における5年以上の実務経験 ■購買ガバナンス、リスク管理、コンプライアンスフレームワークに関する深い知識 ■契約法および情報セキュリティに関する高度な理解 【スキル・経験（歓迎 / Nice to Have）】 ■生命保険（特に生保）ビジネスの理解 ■情報セキュリティおよびサイバーセキュリティの知識 ■グローバル企業での勤務経験、または多様な文化環境での業務経験
