募集要項 ポジション名： ECU ソフトウェア レジデントエンジニア 勤務地：愛知県豊田市 （顧客であるOEMの本社オフィス内に常駐となります） ※ＧＫＮドライブラインジャパン大光寺事業所（栃木市）で一定期間研修後、出向となります。 業務内容： 大手自動車メーカー内に常駐可能なECUソフトウェアエンジニアを募集します。 顧客とGKNのECUソフトウェアチーム（グローバル）の技術的な窓口の役割を担っていただきます。 進捗報告、課題解決の追跡、タイムラインマネジメント、双方へのエスカレーションなど、ECUソフトウェアに関する顧客とGKNのエンジニアリングマネジメントをリードする業務です。 主な職務として、電子制御ユニットに適用する低電圧パワーエレクトロニクス設計の開発、およびリードカスタマーインターフェースとして、ECUソフトウェアおよび実行可能性に関する顧客の変更ニーズや要求を理解、分析、管理することです。 顧客の要求を分析し、GKNのECUソフトウェア設計チームおよびテストチーム（ドイツ）に伝達するためのビジネスレベルの日本語と英語能力が必要です。 タスクと責任分野 • ソフトウェアの技術安全コンセプトやサイバーセキュリティ関連の内容(仕様書など)を含む、アーキテクチャ設計や詳細設計により開発チームをサポートする。 • SW-PLをサポートし、詳細なプランニングと顧客との調整を行う。 • 車両設計FMEAおよび診断インターフェイスに関する顧客とのインターフェイス • OEM内でのレポート作成、ミーティング、説明、プレゼンテーション • 開発ライフサイクルを通じた試運転、テスト、診断、検査を通じて、ラボや顧客先でソフトウェアの問題をサポートし、デバッグする。 • GKNプロセスに従い、ECADツールからの電気ソフトウェア設計アウトプットリリースをサポートし、顧客のリリースを促進する。 • 安全性に関する顧客とのインターフェイスとなり、機能安全設計をサポートし、すべての電子制御ユニットで機能安全担当のエンジニアをサポートする。 必要経験 ・コンピュータサイエンス、電気電子工学、または同等のエンジニアリング学位 ・顧客マネジメントの経験 ・組込みソフトウェア設計、開発、適合、および管理ツール ・自動車ソフトウェア/エレクトロニクス/メカトロニクスにおける関連エンジニアリング経験 ・自動車のソフトウェアの関するノウハウ（通信プロトコル、診断、AUTOSAR、MISRAなど） ・Automotive
