主な業務範囲 要件定義サポート、プロトタイピング、データパイプライン開発、LLMオーケストレーション、CI/CD、クラウドデプロイ、運用サポート。 主な責任（Key Responsibilities） 実践的な質問や前提条件の特定を行い、ビジネスニーズを管理可能な技術タスクへ分解することで、要件の明確化をサポートする。 AIおよび自律型エージェント（Agentic）アプリケーションの概念実証（PoC）、プロトタイプ、MVPコンポーネント、および本番対応機能を開発する。 Pythonサービス、API、データパイプライン、LLMオーケストレーションフロー、プロンプト/コンテキストロジック、および統合コンポーネントの構築と維持を行う。 GitHub Enterpriseまたは同等のツールを使用し、ソース管理、プルリクエスト、コードレビュー、ブランチ戦略、およびリリース連携を行う。 自動テスト、CI/CDパイプライン、コンテナ化されたデプロイ、モニタリングフック、および環境設定を実装する。 クラウド、セキュリティ、アーキテクチャ、データ、運用チームと連携し、エンタープライズのデリバリー基準を満たす。 デイリースクラム、スプリントプラニング、バックログリファインメント、デモ、レトロスペクティブ（振り返り）などのアジャイルセレモニーに積極的に参加する。 技術設計、セットアップ手順、既知の制限事項、運用ランブック、サポートノートを明確にドキュメント化する。 必須の技術スキル（Required Technical Skills） クラウド開発経験: Azure、AWS、Google Cloudなどのプラットフォーム（Azure経験者優遇）。 Pythonプログラミング: バックエンド開発、データ処理、自動化、AIアプリ開発のための高いPythonスキル。 データエンジニアリングの基本: データパイプライン、API、構造化/非構造化データの取り扱い、バリデーション、データ変換。 LLM/エージェント開発フレームワーク: LangChain、LangGraph、Semantic Kernel、AutoGen等の使用経験。 LLM概念の理解: プロンプトエンジニアリング、コンテキストエンジニアリング、検索パターン（Retrieval）、評価、エラー分析など。 CI/CD・ソース管理: GitHub Enterprise、GitHub Actions、Azure DevOps、または同等のツール経験。 Docker / Kubernetesの基本: パッケージング、デプロイ、設定、実行時のトラブルシューティング。
