＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ ■具体的な担当業務内容と自部署内外で期待される役割 以下のような業務を、ご経験やスキルに応じて幅広くお任せします。チーム内外のメンバーや海外拠点、時には業界関係者とも連携しながら、プロジェクトを推進していただきます。 1.モデルベース開発（MBD）による制御システム設計・開発: ・Matlab/Simulink等を用いた制御ロジックの設計、シミュレーション、検証 ・HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop)シミュレーション環境の構築・活用による実機レス評価 2.OBDシステム要求開発と機能設計: ・国内外のOBD法規の解釈・分析と、それを具体的な車両システム要件へ落とし込み ・要求機能を具現化するための詳細機能設計、制御アルゴリズム開発 3.先進技術とOBDシステムの融合: ・e-POWER/EV特有のOBDシステムの開発（バッテリー、モーター制御システム等） ・SDV、コネクテッド技術を活用した次世代OBDシステムの企画・開発への参画 4.プロジェクトマネジメントおよび渉外業務: ・OBDシステム開発計画の立案、進捗管理、リスクマネジメント ・国内外の認証当局との折衝、技術文書の作成・提出 ■職場環境・働き方（メンバー構成や職場の雰囲気、特徴） ・チームは、課長、アシスタントマネージャー、チームリーダ、担当層の構成になっており、各担当はそれぞれ専門とする制御領域を持ちます。 ・日々の業務はチームリーダと担当層でアイデアを出し合いながら進めます。 ・制御仕様決定に関係する部内や他部署の複数のチームと連携し、お互いに知識・経験を持ち寄ることで解決策や目標の達成手段を見つけます。 ・難しい課題に対しては、エキスパートリーダーのサポート・アドバイスをもらいながら解決していきます ・海外拠点とも連携しており、業界関係者(競合や団体)との約束もあり、日常非常にグローバルな環境での仕事が多く、海外出張のチャンスにも恵まれています ・平均残業時間：20〜30時間/月程度（※時期によって変動します） ・リモートワーク頻度：1回/週程度（※ご家庭の事情があれば柔軟に相談可） ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ ■ポジションの魅力 ・e-POWER/EV、エンジン、トランスミッション等のパワートレインと車両のOBDシステムと診断通信の制御設計と評価、OBDシステムのプロジェクトマネージメントを中心に、法規解釈、当局交渉から最先端の技術開発に携わることができます。それらを通じて、より魅力ある商品(クルマ)を世の中に提供することに貢献できます。 ・電動化・SDV時代を見据えたキャリア形成として、急速に進化する電動化技術やSDVアーキテクチャに触れ、それらとOBDシステムを連携させる新しいチャレンジを通じて、将来の自動車業界で求められる高度な専門性を身につけることができます。 ・担当業務によっては、海外拠点、業界他社や団体、海外の当局とのやり取り、海外のシンポジウムへの参加もあり、グローバルに活躍することができます。 ・影響力の大きな仕事として、ご自身で開発に携わったOBDシステムは、世界中で販売される日産車に搭載され、数百万台規模で社会の安全と環境保全に貢献することができます。 ■目指せるキャリアパス ・パワートレイン制御、システム開発のスペシャリスト ・法規解釈、対話、業界関係者との連携のスペシャリスト
