Your day to day 戦略立案・ブランドマネジメント（Strategic Planning & Brand Management） ・売上および稼働率目標を達成するため、年間マーケティングプラン、予算、キャンペーンを策定・実行する。 ・リゾートの強み（立地、施設、サービス、体験等）を明確に訴求し、国内・地域・海外市場における効果的なポジショニング を確立する。 ・すべてのマーケティングコミュニケーションにおいて、ブランドボイス、ブランドアイデンティティ、ゲスト体験基準との一貫性を確保する。 パートナーシップ・広報（Partnerships & Public Relations） ・DMO（観光地域づくり法人）、インフルエンサー、メディア等との関係を構築・強化する。 ・メディア掲載やブランドのファン・支持者の拡大につなげるため、プレスツアー、FAMツアー、リゾートイベント等を企画・実施する。 コンテンツ・クリエイティブディレクション（Content & Creative Direction） ・客室、レストラン、イベント、アクティビティ等の魅力を効果的に訴求するため、写真・動画撮影を企画・実行する。 ・パンフレット、販促ツール、デジタルコンテンツ等の制作を行う、または制作会社・関係者をディレクションする。 ・キャンペーン、プロモーション、季節ごとの商品・サービスに合わせたコンテンツカレンダーを作成・管理する。 データ・パフォーマンス分析（Data & Performance Analysis） ・定期的にマーケティング活動の実績をレポートし、経営層に対して具体的な改善提案やアクションにつながる分析・インサイトを提供する。 ・市場動向、競合他社の戦略、ゲストの行動・ニーズを継続的に分析し、マーケティング施策の改善・最適化につなげる。 Strategic Planning & Brand Management
What is the job? マーケティングディレクターは、ホテル全体のマーケティング戦略を策定・実行し、ブランド認知度、需要創出、売上、マーケットシェア、収益性の最大化を推進する責任を担います。 デジタルマーケティング、SNS、広報（PR）、コンテンツ、パートナーシップ、各種キャンペーン、ゲストコミュニケーションなど、幅広いマーケティング施策を統合し、効果的に展開していきます。 本ポジションには、リゾート市場、顧客セグメンテーション、国内外のマーケット、デジタルマーケティング、 ホテルの販売・流通チャネル、および収益につながるマーケティング戦略に関する深い理解が求められます。 Your day to day 1. マーケティング戦略（Marketing Strategy） 年間マーケティングプランを策定・実行する。 客室およびF&B売上の向上につながるマーケティング戦略を策定する。 ターゲットマーケットおよび新規ビジネス機会を特定する。 市場動向および競合他社の活動を分析・モニタリングする。 マーケティングカレンダーを管理する。 2. デジタルマーケティング（Digital Marketing） ホテル公式ウェブサイトおよびオンラインマーケティング活動を管理する。 デジタル広告キャンペーンの企画・運営を行う。 公式サイトからの直接予約およびウェブサイトのコンバージョン率向上を推進する。 デジタルマーケティングのパフォーマンスおよびROIを分析・管理する。 3.
