What is the job? マーケティングディレクターは、ホテル全体のマーケティング戦略を策定・実行し、ブランド認知度、需要創出、売上、マーケットシェア、収益性の最大化を推進する責任を担います。 デジタルマーケティング、SNS、広報（PR）、コンテンツ、パートナーシップ、各種キャンペーン、ゲストコミュニケーションなど、幅広いマーケティング施策を統合し、効果的に展開していきます。 本ポジションには、リゾート市場、顧客セグメンテーション、国内外のマーケット、デジタルマーケティング、 ホテルの販売・流通チャネル、および収益につながるマーケティング戦略に関する深い理解が求められます。 Your day to day 1. マーケティング戦略（Marketing Strategy） 年間マーケティングプランを策定・実行する。 客室およびF&B売上の向上につながるマーケティング戦略を策定する。 ターゲットマーケットおよび新規ビジネス機会を特定する。 市場動向および競合他社の活動を分析・モニタリングする。 マーケティングカレンダーを管理する。 2. デジタルマーケティング（Digital Marketing） ホテル公式ウェブサイトおよびオンラインマーケティング活動を管理する。 デジタル広告キャンペーンの企画・運営を行う。 公式サイトからの直接予約およびウェブサイトのコンバージョン率向上を推進する。 デジタルマーケティングのパフォーマンスおよびROIを分析・管理する。 3.
