【募集背景】 2026年1月、フードロス削減アプリ「Too Good To Go」が、アジア初の拠点として日本でのサービスを開始し、正式ローンチから約3ヶ月半で登録ユーザー数50万人を突破しました。これはサービスを展開する21カ国の中でも最速の成長スピードであり、日本に根付く「もったいない」の価値観に加え、昨今の物価高や節約志向の高まりの中で、“おトク”と“環境配慮”を両立できる新しい消費行動として支持が広がっていることが背景にあると考えています。 また「Too Good To Go」の利用をきっかけに、パートナー店舗を初めて訪れるユーザーも多く見られており、アプリを通じてこれまで店舗との接点がなかった新規顧客の獲得およびブランドのファン化につながっていることもわかっています。 今後、既存加盟店様とのパートナーシップをさらに強固にしていくため、事業成長の中核を担うパートナーグローススペシャリストを募集します。 本ポジションは、すでにToo Good To Goにご出店いただいている既存の加盟店様と密接に連携し、活用促進、継続率の維持、運用の最適化などに向けた伴走を行い、加盟店様の成功体験を最大化する役割を担います。日本におけるビジネスの立ち上げ期だからこそ、仕組みづくりやオペレーション設計から関わり、事業成長の中核を担っていただけるポジションです。 【主な役割】 電話やメールを用いて、加盟店様とのリレーションシップの構築及び活用促進、継続率の維持、運用の最適化などの推進。 加盟店の成功体験を最大化するために、タスクの優先順位付けを適切に行い、コールリストやキャンペーンのアクションをタイムリーに遂行。 KPIに基づいたデータ分析を行い、改善点の特定、高い継続率の維持、返金の削減、顧客体験の向上を推進 既存加盟店様のニーズを捉え、加盟店様の店舗の成長や供給最適化の機会をプロアクティブに特定し、対策を講じる。 カスタマーエクスペリエンスやセールスチームなどの他部署と連携し、加盟店様のニーズをサポートするとともに改善のためのフィードバックを共有する。 グローバルのパートナーグロースチームと連携し、成功事例の収集及び日本へのローカライズ及び事例の展開を推進 【必須スキル・経験】 営業、アカウントマネジメント、カスタマーサクセスやカスタマーサービスなど、B2Bのクライアント対応業務の経験。 CRM（Salesforceなど）、データ分析プラットフォーム（Looker, Tableauなど）、Excel/Googleスプレッドシートの使用経験。 データに基づいたKPI管理およびプロセス改善の経験 日常会話レベルの英語力（グローバルチームとのSlack上でのやり取り、英文の資料やシステムを操作できる程度） 【歓迎スキル・経験】 飲食業界向けサービスのクライアント対応業務の経験 新規事業やスタートアップでの組織立ち上げ経験 【求める人物像】 ホスピタリティと誠実なコミュニケーション 特に電話を用いた対人スキルに自信があり、加盟店様および社内メンバーと信頼関係を築ける方。またテキストやメールでも、明確かつフレンドリーな伝達能力を発揮できる方を求めています。 ビジネスを動かす推進力と忍耐力 加盟店を巻き込む情熱と成果を最大化させるコマーシャルマインドを持ち、粘り強くアプローチできる方。 Ownership（当事者意識と成果志向）自ら課題を見つけて動けるプロアクティブな姿勢。また細部へのこだわりを持ち、目標達成に向けて着実にアクションを起こせる方。
