ゲームデザイナー（パズル） 私たちについて Limit Breakは、深い専門知識、個人と業界の成長、そして卓越した技術を基本理念としています。モバイルゲーム業界の世界的リーダーとして、ゲームの枠を超えたデジタル市場の変革と活気あるコミュニティの構築に取り組んでいます。最新技術や暗号通貨を活用し、創造力豊かなビジョンで世界中の人々を繋げる体験を提供しています。 Limit Breakは、Buckley VenturesやParadigm Venturesなどの著名な投資家からの支援を受けています。共にゲーム業界の未来を形作る才能溢れる人材を探しております。 Limit Breakの一員として、あなたの創造性と情熱、私たちと共に限界を超える挑戦に参加しませんか。 業務内容 プレイヤーのフロー・エンゲージメント・継続率を強化するメカニクスおよび進行システムの設計・バランス調整 リリース後の継続的なチューニング →プレイヤーデータ、勝率分析、継続率を分析し、ゲームプレイ曲線およびゲーム内経済バランスを最適化 プレイヤーセグメントごとの難易度曲線、報酬設計、Expected Value（期待値）モデルの定義とライブデータに基づく改善 運営チームと連携し、健全なソース／シンク設計を維持しながら持続可能なゲーム内経済を構築 データアナリストと密接に連携し、クリア率、リトライ率、ブースター使用率、課金相関などを分析 難易度（例：Normal／Hard／Boss／Event）の構築および維持 運用チューニングサイクルのリード →仮説設計、パラメータ調整の実施、結果測定と改善 UX／Art／Engineeringと協働し、パズルの目標伝達・プレイヤーフィードバック設計を最適化 パラメータ、報酬、難易度設定に関するA/Bテストの設計・実施 チューニングフレームワーク、経済設計のドキュメント化とナレッジ共有 応募条件 ゲームデザイン、レベルデザイン、プレイヤー心理学、データサイエンスの領域に強い関心を持つ方 難易度設計、フロー設計、経済システムが継続率およびマネタイズに与える影響を理解している方 定量データ（勝敗率、ARPDAU、Expected Value、Retention差分など）を分析し、設計アクションへ落とし込める能力 カジュアル系ジャンルにおけるレベル制作のキャパシティプランニング経験（自動化・AIツール活用を含む） ライブKPIやユーザーフィードバックを基に迅速に改善を回せる方 アジャイル環境で成果を出せる方 設計意図とロジックを他職種へ明確に伝えられるコミュニケーション能力 歓迎スキル ハイブリッドカジュアルジャンルでの設計経験 A/Bテストフレームワークおよびライブバランシングツールの理解
