Date Posted:2025-11-26 Country: Japan Location: Hokushinetsu Branch Office: AUBE Building, 5-181 Kuratsuki, Kanazawa-shi, Ishikawa, 920-8203 JAPAN オーチスで働きませんか？オーチスには、コラボレーション・イノベーション・エンパワーメントを重視し、「人」と「会社」の成長に向けて取り組む環境があります。 エレベーター、エスカレーター等昇降機の新設・改修工事の施工管理業務に携わって頂きます。具体的には、工事工程管理、協力会社管理監督・施工・搬入計画、施工中の安全管理・進捗管理、引き渡し等、ビルの建設スケジュールに合わせて工事計画を進めて頂きます。限られた工期の中で、円滑に業務を遂行頂く為、営業・発注元・協力会社等多くの方と関わり、コミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進める事が重要となります。 ◆仕事の流れ ￣￣ ▽事前打ち合わせ（着工2ヵ月前） お客さまと、設置・組立工事の内容や工程などに関して事前打ち合わせを行います。 ▽工事手配（着工1ヵ月前） フィールドパートナー(据付業者)と現場打ち合わせや必要機材を手配します。 ▽着工～ 現場が動き出したら、担当現場を回って進捗等を管理。案件の規模によっては、現場に常駐する場合もあります。 ▽引き渡し お客さまへの引き渡し前に、製品が正常に動くか、誤作動を起こさないか、最終チェックを実施。お客様に安心で安全な商品を提供いたします。 ※事前打ち合わせから引き渡しまで、おおむね3～4ヵ月ほどです。 ◆働きやすさの理由 ◇直行直帰可能 現場への直行直帰が可能です。どの現場をどのように回るかスケジュールを自分で決められるため、自由度の高い働き方が叶います。 ◆スキルアップしやすい環境 ￣￣ ◇幅広い案件を担当。大規模案件も！ 納入先は公共交通機関や商業施設、200メートルを超える高層ビルなどさまざま。大規模案件に携わる機会も多く、豊富な機種の設置経験も積めるため、どの年齢の方であってもスキルアップやキャリアアップが叶います。
