【概要】 スポーツマーケティング アシスタントマネージャーの指導のもと、スポーツマーケティング スペシャリストは、HOKA Japanにおけるスポーツマーケティング施策の企画、開発、実行をサポートします。具体的には、スポンサー契約アスリートからの製品、物流、予算に関する要望への対応、スポンサーイベントパートナーシップの支援、SPOMA関連のフットウェア、アパレル、アクセサリーの需要予測および管理を行います。 この役割は、スポーツマーケティングの取り組みがブランドおよびビジネス目標と整合するよう、他のマーケティング機能と部門横断的に連携します。また社外においては、ロードランニング、陸上競技、トレイルランニングの各カテゴリーでの効果創出を目的に、アスリート、エージェント、コーチ、トレーナー、競技団体、チーム関係者と連携します。 【職務内容】 アスリートおよびチームとの契約・サポート トップレベルのアスリート、コーチ、チームと関係を構築する。 スポンサー候補となるアスリートを特定し、強固な関係を築き、契約につなげる。 アスリートが最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう、レースやアスリート主導の取り組みにおける物流および関連サポートを調整する。 主要イベントに出張し、イベント前・中・後にアスリートをサポートする。 クリニック、競技会での出演、チームアクティベーションなど、スポーツマーケティング施策の企画および実行をサポートする。 他チームとの連携 グローバルおよびリージョナルのスポーツマーケティングチームと連携し、グローバルスポーツマーケティング戦略に基づくアスリート関連事項および商品開発施策を推進する。 統合マーケティング、PR、チャネルチームなど他のマーケティングチームを支援し、HOKAの幅広いマーケティング目標達成およびアスリートやチームの認知向上に向けて、アスリートおよびチームを重要なマーケティング資産として活用する。 スポーツマーケティング業務運営 スポーツマーケティング アシスタントマネージャーと連携し、予算の確認・管理、法務契約書類の準備、チームの物流調整を行う。 アスリートおよびイベントごとの製品ニーズを予測、追跡、管理する。 アスリートのニーズ、イベントスケジュール、在庫状況に合わせて、フットウェア、アパレル、その他HOKAアスリート向け製品がアスリートおよびチームへ適時に届くよう調整する。 【募集要項】 学歴・資格： 学士号 普通自動車運転免許（イベントや大会の際に運転が発生します。） 職務経験： 大学、企業、またはその他競技レベルのスポーツチーム環境に参加またはサポートした経験が3年以上あること。 スポーツマーケティング、ブランドマーケティング、アスリートマネジメント、または高い競技レベルのアスリートとしての経験が3年以上あること。 アスリート、チーム、またはスポーツ団体と協働した経験があることが望ましい。 スポーツ用品業界での勤務経験があれば尚可。...
