Strategic Planner（US市場） ブランドコマース&マーケティング事業部にて、日本ブランドの「北米市場への本格進出」と「訪日米国人によるインバウンド消費」の2つの接点を一括して捉える戦略策定〜実行を担います。 国内小売POSデータを国籍別・都道府県別に解析できる独自のデータ基盤を活用し、市場調査・競合ベンチマークから参入戦略、年間コミュニケーションプラン設計までを一貫して担当していただきます。 具体的な仕事内容 北米・グローバル市場への参入戦略／ブランド戦略の立案 訪日米国人（インバウンド）向けの需要獲得戦略の立案 POS・国籍別購買データを用いた訪日消費の実態分析とターゲット設計 市場調査・競合ベンチマークに基づくポジショニング設計 年間コミュニケーションプランの設計・提案 現地KOL／インフルエンサー起用を含むチャネル戦略の設計 免税店・ドラッグストア・観光地等、国内リアル接点を含むチャネル設計 WEB CM／キャッチコピー等、クリエイティブの方向性設計 施策後のレポーティングとPDCA設計 このポジションで得られるスキル・経験 海外市場の戦略設計経験：再現性のある市場調査〜参入戦略立案スキル USマーケット × インバウンドの両輪：「海外で売る」と「訪日客に売る」を同時に設計する希少なキャリア 独自データを使った実証：国内小売POSの国籍別データを用いた精度高い仮説検証 フルファネルの経験：認知・ブランディングから購買・獲得（EC）まで一貫対応 スピード成長：マネージャー層のボリュームゾーンは27〜28歳。社内起業や海外拠点挑戦の機会も豊富 必須要件 広告・マーケティング業界での企画・プランニング経験 2年以上 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力、または海外市場向け案件の実務経験 歓迎要件 北米市場を対象としたマーケティング・ブランド戦略の実務経験 越境EC・海外展開支援またはインバウンドマーケティングの実務経験 免税・観光・小売・ホスピタリティ領域での実績 マネジメント経験／海外駐在・留学経験 福利厚生 査定（年2回） ボーナス（年1回） 通勤交通費 完全週休二日（土日祝）、年末年始休み 有給休日
