職務内容： 本ポジションでは、月次給与計算プロセスの一連の業務（エンド・ツー・エンド）の管理を担当し、正確性、日本の法令遵守、および期日通りの実行を担保していただきます。 法定控除の管理とコンプライアンス: 日本の社会保険、労働保険、および所得税に関連する法定控除を管理し、現地の関連法令・規制を完全に遵守する。 ベンダーマネジメント: 給与計算アウトソーシングベンダーと連携・調整を行い、サービスの品質向上と効率化を図る。 プロセスの最適化: 給与計算プロセスの効率性と正確性を高めるため、業務改善・最適化の機会を見出し、実行する。 社内連携: 社内の関連部門（財務・経理、IT、本社人事など）と密に連携し、給与関連の課題を効果的に解決する。 応募資格・要件： 実務経験: 日本国内における給与計算業務の経験（5年以上）。 専門知識: 日本の給与計算、税務、社会保険、および関連法規に関する深い知識。 語学力: 日本語：流暢（ビジネスレベル以上）、英語：日常会話レベル。 ※中国語が流暢な方は大歓迎（尚可）。 システムスキル: 給与計算システム（例：「COMPANY」など）の実務経験があれば尚可。 タスク・問題解決能力: 高い問題解決能力、タスクの優先順位付け能力、および日常的な課題に対処しながら複数の業務を並行して効果的に管理できる能力。 柔軟性と学習意欲: 論理的思考力に基づいた高い学習意欲（ラーニング・アジリティ）があり、変化に対して柔軟に対応できること。 コミュニケーション: 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人関係スキル。 マインドセット: 主体性（イニシアチブ）を持って積極的に業務に取り組み、細部（ディテール）に注意を払いながら、最後まで責任を持って高品質な成果を出せること 就業条件： 勤務地： （雇入れ直後）〒869-1102 熊本県菊池郡菊陽町大字原水4106-1 （変更の範囲）会社の定める場所 就業曜日・時間 ： 月~金（8:30～17:30）
