シニアVFXアーティスト Location: Tokyo, Japan 私たちについて Limit Breakは、深い専門知識、個人と業界の成長、そして卓越した技術を基本理念としています。モバイルゲーム業界の世界的リーダーとして、ゲームの枠を超えたデジタル市場の変革と活気あるコミュニティの構築に取り組んでいます。最新技術や暗号通貨を活用し、創造力豊かなビジョンで世界中の人々を繋げる体験を提供しています。 Limit Breakは、Buckley VenturesやParadigm Venturesなどの著名な投資家からの支援を受けています。共にゲーム業界の未来を形作る才能溢れる人材を探しております。 Limit Breakの一員として、あなたの創造性と情熱、私たちと共に限界を超える挑戦に参加しませんか。 ポジション概要 運用中タイトルにおけるVFX制作を担当し、高い専門性と実務経験を活かして、ビジュアルクオリティの向上を牽引していただきます。 業務内容 アートディレクターやコンセプトアーティストと連携し、タイトルに適したVFXスタイルおよび品質基準を策定 エフェクト、シミュレーション、テクスチャ、マテリアルなどのVFXアセット制作を主導 社内外のVFXチームのタスク管理、スケジュール調整、育成、ドキュメントの作成 エンジニアやテクニカルアーティストと協力し、VFX制作パイプラインの構築・改善 DCCツールやゲームエンジン上で発生する、VFXに関する技術的な問題の調査・解決 ビジュアル品質とパフォーマンスの両立に向けた、アセットの最適化および品質管理 応募条件 ゲーム開発におけるVFX制作の実務経験5年以上、または同等のスキル・経験 VFXの表現方針や制作方針を示し、チームの制作を主体的に牽引した経験 メンバーへの制作指示、レビュー、フィードバックを通じて、チーム全体のクオリティ向上を推進した経験 タイミング、モーション、シルエット、重量感、ボリューム感に関する深い理解 業界標準のDCCツール（Maya、Houdini、Photoshop等）を用いたアセット制作の習熟 Unreal Engine、Unity、または独自ゲームエンジンを使用したリアルタイムVFXの実務経験 最適化されたコンテンツ制作のための、パフォーマンス予算や技術的制約に関する確かな理解 部門を横断した高い連携能力、およびチームの状況を把握しながら制作を主体的に推進できる能力 歓迎スキル メモリやパフォーマンスを考慮した、アセットのプロファイリングおよび最適化の経験 リアルタイムレンダリング技術や、アセット制作ツール全般への幅広い関心 VFX制作ツールや自動化ツールの開発・導入経験
