Understand and Stay aligned with companywide standard sales competency model
Translate sales competency strategy and model into BU specific, BU customized match adding field and product related environmental factors with full engagement from the MR to BU head
Design BU oriented development plan and guide how to develop field force with maximized utilization of internal learning resources
Create multiple ways of effective educational methodology considering BU specific requirements
Omni-channel and Digital strategy execution guide between commercial team and CE Division as a credible partner and consultant.
Be the Professional adviser with Omni-channel focused growth strategy CE division and commercial BU with strategic focus aligned and executions
Identify what Digital channel is effective and what channel mix is optimal to his/her designated BU, develop actionable items connected with field competency development or program including all the mindset settings for new way of working
Besides communication with effective digital contents identification, be the advisor of actional sequences of digital contents through field sales force
Initiate Self Analytics related to Sales competency related KPIs, Evaluation result, effectiveness of multiple development tools
Initiate S E & LMS strategy group internal analytics by identifying what, how to analyze and what should be followed as a result of analytics as action items
Data-based analytics attached strategy proposal that comes from field based insights shared with partnership and collaboration
Qualifications

Deep insight in Pharm business and field dynamics including MR/DM activities
Building Strategic alignment with multi stakeholders
Persuasive communication skill with confident story delivering skill
Project Management skill for task execution with multi stakeholder’s engagement
Advanced Excel skill / high level of presentation skill
Analytical skills and data reading methodology
English skills ( intermediate and over)
