Eコマース市場および物流アウトソーシングビジネスの成長に伴い拡大を受けて注目を受けている物流不動産のみならず、工場、研究施設、データセンター等のインダストリアル系施設の不動産ニーズに対して利用者の立場から不動産サービスを提供。
【業務内容】
部門における主力の物流施設のリーシング仲介のみならず、法人顧客が抱える不動産課題に対して、他部門や海外を含む他拠点と連携し一気通貫でソリューションを提供できる不動産コンサルタントとしての成長を目指して頂くことを期待する。グローバルにおいて歴史のある企業でありながらも革新的な成長を目指す弊社で、ご自身の市場価値をさらに上げていただくことが可能。
【主な業務】
・オキュパイヤー（利用者）向けの不動産関連ソリューションを提供
・インダストリアル系不動産の不動産取引（新規賃貸・再契約・売買等）におけるエージェント業務
・不動産情報の収集と分析、提案、案内、条件交渉、契約締結業務
・既存契約および新契約の賃貸借契約書のビジネスタームに関するアドバイス業務

【応募資格】
＜必須＞
・法人営業経験者
・普通自動車運転免許の資格保有者
・海外経験または英語によるコミュニケーション能力

・事業用不動産賃貸売買仲介営業経験者
・物流、生産、金融、建設業界とのネットワークをお持ちの方
・宅地建物取引士資格保持者
