アシスタントデザイナーは、ワークプレイスデザインプロジェクトにおいて、チームの一員として設計業務をサポートしながら、実務を通じてスキルを習得していくポジションです。
本ポジションでは、以下のような経験が得られます：
グローバル案件・外資系企業プロジェクトへの参画
戦略立案から設計・実装まで一貫した関与
クライアントの意思決定に近いポジションでのプロジェクト推進

【主な業務内容】
デザインリーダーシップ
コンセプトから実施設計までのデザイン業務のリード
働き方戦略を空間・デザインへと落とし込み
クライアントの目的に沿ったデザイン品質の確保
プロジェクト遂行
レイアウト、プレゼン資料、設計図書の作成
プロジェクトマネージャーおよび関係者との連携
施工段階における設計調整および監理支援
グローバル連携
APACおよびグローバルデザインチームとの協働
グローバル標準のツール・プロセスの活用
チーム貢献・育成
若手デザイナーの指導・育成

アシスタントデザイナーは、このプロセスの中で、
実務を通じて設計力を身につける役割を担います。
【応募要件】
必須要件
建築またはインテリア設計における実務経験10年以上
ワークプレイス（オフィス）設計の実務経験5年以上
大規模プロジェクトの設計経験
基本計画から施工監理までの一連の業務経験
クライアント対応およびプレゼンテーション経験
AutoCAD、Adobe Creative Suite、Microsoft Officeの実務スキル
歓迎要件
英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC700点以上が目安）
RevitおよびSketchUpの実務経験
一級建築士または同等資格
LEED AP、WELL認証等の資格
グローバルまたは異文化環境での業務経験
