Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• 求人票の作成、ダイレクトソーシング施策の立案・実行、候補者管理を通じて、 効果的な採用戦略を策定・実行する。
• 採用ニーズのヒアリングから候補者の発掘、選考プロセスの管理、オファー対応、 入社まで、一連の採用活動を担当する。
• 多様なソーシングチャネル、採用テクノロジーを活用し、継続的なタレントパイプラ インを構築・維持する。
• 面接や候補者評価を通じスキルや経験だけでなく、職務との適性や Infineon Infineon 求人案件 ・ Job Description 2 の価値観との適合性を見極める。
• 優れた Candidate experience を提供しながら、迅速かつ質の高い採用成果 を実現する。
• 採用プロセスや関連ルールを遵守し、適切な採用オペレーションを推進する。
• タレントアクイジション関連の施策や継続的改善プロジェクトに参画する。

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Must to have...

• 事業会社における採用担当としての実務経験
• 5 年以上の採用、エグゼクティブサーチ、または関連分野における経験
• 採用ニーズのヒアリングから候補者の入社まで、一連の採用プロセスを主体的に推進した経験。
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力（高いコミュニケーション能力）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC 800 以上、 メール、会議、電話対応など実務での使用経験）
• PC スキル（Excel、PowerPoint 等）

Nice to have...

• 外資系企業での勤務経験
• メーカーにおける HR 経験をお持ちの方

• 大卒以上
• ソーシング、候補者アセスメント、ステークホルダーマネジメントに関する高いスキル
• 高いサービスマインドと細部への配慮を持ち、質の高い候補者体験を提供できる方
• 優先順位を適切に判断しながら、複数の業務をスピード感をもって推進できる方
• 優れたコミュニケーション力と関係構築力を活かし、周囲を巻き込みながら業務を進められる方
