Job Description:

助理专业教育经理

工作职责：

• 负责下沉市场术者术者培养工作，包括手术带教，应用数字化工具教学，和培训基地建立合作
• 提供对销售的专业培训，以确保课程的执行
• 利用专业的电生理知识和技能，为术者提供手术支持，确保手术安全顺利进行；
• 熟悉客户手术习惯，与术者高效沟通，不断精进专业技能，在区域独立完成从简单到复杂的心律失常手术支持
• 紧跟行业和公司发展趋势，主动学习和掌握行业内新理念、新技术，新产品的优势和使用，能够制定针对性、可拆解的推广沟通方案
• 熟练使用新产品、数字化等新工具以及新技术，协助专业教育团队提升术者理念，技能和信心
• 有效传递新产品、新技术的价值，不断提升客户对于新技术的接受度，以安全高效的方式开展手术，服务病患
• 承担区域内人员的专业赋能培训工作，负责新产品新技术相关的专业赋能。搭建学习和赋能体系，帮助区域内成员专业水平不断进阶。
• 严格遵守公司的合规政策，完成上级交予的其他任务
• 接受一定程度出差

岗位要求：

• 要求四星及以上，热爱专业技术，有较好的医生沟通能力
• 电生理行业背景2年以上专业相关工作经验，热爱专业技术，有较好的医生沟通能力
• 具有自驱力，不断精进专业水平，积极学习业内不断发布涌现的新产品、新技术知识，并进行应用；
• 乐于沟通协作，与团队共同进步，共同承担团队目标，互相协助
• 有坚韧不拔的精神，遇到困难不轻易放弃
• 有创新思维，积极探索方案并解决问题
