Job Description

Summary概述
项目期间：
1． 工厂施工期间现场值班。
2． 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求，执行、落实项目期间压榨车间所属工段现场承包商管理和安全监督管理工作，完成车间日常工作，区域卫生的维护，现场设备的巡视。执行压榨车间建设中的安全、质量、进度和费用等现场相关工作。
3． 上级安排的其他工作。
生产期间：
1． 在保证生产安全和食品安全的前提下，配合值班长和主管完成本班制内的生产操作、维护生产设备正常运行、保证产品指标合格。
2． 做好责任区内的日常点检、日常维护，5S推进等工作。
3． 不断提升本岗位的理论知识和技能操作水平。
4． 上级安排的其他工作。
Key Duties and Tasks主要职责
项目期间：
协助压榨值班长和主管负责压榨车间：
1． 建设期间的SHE及承包商管理。
2． 安装质量控制和监督。
3． 调试工作开展。
4． 上级安排的其他工作。
生产期间：
1． 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求。
2． 对预处理、浸出车间的设备熟练操作，保质保量地完成生产任务。
3． 调整设备的工作状况和参数，使之在最优状态工作，同时负责设备的保养和维护。
4． 对过程中的参数进行记录。
5． 负责岗位/区域的5S工作。
6． 与品控部沟通确认各项检测指标是否正常.
7． 针对车间设备维修、维护和保养与设备技术部沟通及必要配合。
8． 与外来施工人员沟通，确保施工现场各项工作顺利进行。
9． 公司/部门交办的其他事项。

Qualifications

Education教育背景

中技及以上学历，专业不限
Technical secondary school or above, no major limit

Experience工作经历

从事食品，饲料，化工或粮油行业至少一年的工作经验
At least one year working experience in food, feed, chemical or oil industry are preferred
