役割概要:

NOLECの財務計画と分析をリードする経験豊富なFP&Aマネージャーを募集しています。この役割は、事業計画、月次予測、業績分析など、戦略的な財務施策を推進する上で極めて重要なポジションです。採用された方は、優れたリーダーシップ、深い財務に関する専門知識、そして継続的な改善への情熱を持ち、組織の成長と収益性の向上を支えていただきます。

勤務時間:

午前8時45分〜午後5時30分(昼休み1時間)

スーパーフレックス勤務

責任が十分に理解されれば、月の中旬であればリモートワークが可能です。
ただし、ビジネスプランや月次予測など業務量がピーク時は出勤が必要です。

出張はほぼなく本社(東京都中央区)への外勤はあります。

報酬:

年俸: 1,000万円から1,200 万円

(6か月分のボーナスと残業代を含む。深夜残業の場合は別途支給)

主な職務内容:

• ビジネスプラン、月次予測、長期計画のプロセスを準備・管理する。

• 戦略的意思決定を支援するための高度な財務モデルを開発・維持する。

• 財務パフォーマンスを分析し、トレンド、リスク、成長機会を特定する。

• APAC Regionalチームを含む社内外の関係者と連携し、ビジネスプランと事業目標を整合させる。

• 分散分析や管理報告を含む月次財務報告プロセスを主導する。

• 財務プロセス、システム、報告ツールを強化し、正確性と効率を向上させる。

• NOLEC経理部長、NOLEC CL&PC本部長、APACディレクターなど主要な関係者からの臨時要望に対応する。

必須要件:

• 財務計画および分析における5年以上の実務経験。

• 高度な財務モデリングおよび分析スキル。

• Microsoft ExcelおよびJDE、HFMなどの財務システムに精通している。

• 会計原則、財務諸表、経営報告に関する深い理解。

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル。

• 細部まで気を配り、自発的かつ結果重視の姿勢。

• 日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル。

• 財務、会計、または関連分野の学士号。
