■职位描述：・通过电话为日本用户提供电脑以及IT软件相关的技术支持服务・在限定时间内为客户提供IT相关解决方案，满足客户需求
■职位要求：・2026年应届毕业生・商务日语精通，无口音・良好的客户沟通能力及服务意识，抗压能力强・逻辑表达能力强，善于学习，独立性强，高度的责任感・对于IT软硬件技术感兴趣・熟练使用办公软件,如Outlook，Excel・能够接受倒班
■工作时间：・做5休2倒班制・早班8-17 / 晚班11-20・周末出勤时提供代休
■其他：・实习期间提供实习补助・根据实习期间业绩表现提供转正机会
