- Master the occupancy status of guests on the floor under your responsibility and provide customer service.
- Manage the fixed-quantity items on the floor, strictly control the consumption of guest supplies, and properly handle waste recycling.
- Be responsible for checking the rooms of guests who have checked out.
- Be responsible for receiving and returning guests' laundry and beverages, as well as replenishing (beverages).
- Be responsible for cleaning the public areas on the floor and the guest rooms.
- Be responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of tableware (cups).
- Be responsible for collecting and replacing soiled linen, as well as folding and placing new linen.
- Complete the inventory check of consumables in each period.
