岗位职责：

1、依据制样计划排程要求，合理安排所负责的样品试样调试，并掌握制样进度，异常问题及时反馈给相关ME。

2、负责制样过程的各项调试参数的记录与统计。

3、制样过程中相关产品作业指导书的编制。

4、协助ME处理产品异常问题。

5、贯彻落实公司各项规章制度及安全操作要求，正确佩戴劳防用品和作业指导书要求规范作业。

6、对制样现场的安全、品质、效率、7S提出改善建议，并积极参与 。

7、负责对应其他部门人员处理相关事宜。

8、上级领导安排的其他工作任务。

9、承担本岗位的安全职责，履行安全生产义务，保障安全生产。

任职资格岗位能力：

1、懂得模切设备、及辅助设备构造及操作。

2、能看懂产品图纸。

3、能简单设计产品相关辅助治具。

4、工作积极主动，善于沟通协调。

5、会使用电脑操作：Word 和 Excle 等软件，熟练操作AutoCad软件。

6、能制作产品相关的工艺性文件（产品作业指导书) 。

7、 具有三年及以上模切/制样工作经验，有产品制图工作经验者优先。
