职位描述
1、IT需求收集整理，制定应对计划及负责落地实施；2、IT事件管理、故障管理等日常IT运维管理、服务优化；3、IT预算制定及IT费用管理；4、IT资产的日常管理、采购预测、流程优化、统计与协调工作，以及资产业务的数据化；5、其他海外办公室IT Infra相关工作协调及落地，例如链路租赁、打印机租赁等等。Responsibilities:1、Collect and sort out IT requirements , formulate response plans and be responsible for implementation；2、IT operation and maintenance management such as IT incident management、IT malfunction management and optimize IT services；3、Formulate IT budget and manage IT expenses；4、Daily management, purchase forecast, process optimization, statistics and coordination of IT assets , and digitization of asset businesses；5、Coordinate and implement other IT Infra related work of overseas offices, such as link leasing, printer leasing, etc.
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, IT major background, 3+ years proven experience in an IT operations management position. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.2. Familiar with the daily operation and maintenance of Windows, Mac, Linux and other operating systems3. Knowledge of network, can diagnose and deal with small LAN failures4. Have good communication skills and can work well under pressure5. A good team player and willing to learn6. Candidates with overseas IT operation experience and EU green card are preferred1. 本科及以上学历，信息技术相关专业，3年以上IT运维管理经验。优秀的英语和中文沟通能力。2. 熟悉Windows、Mac、Linux等操作系统的日常运维。3. 具备网络知识，能够诊断和处理小型局域网故障。4. 沟通能力强，抗压能力强。5. 具有良好的团队合作精神和学习意愿。6. 拥有海外IT运维经验和欧盟绿卡者优先考虑。
