About the Role

主要职责：

主要负责所辖网点维护、客户服务、业务推动，达成个人业务目标。

• 遵守服务品质管理的要求，为所辖网点提供优质、专业的服务，提供保险专业知识支持；

• 协助网点做好客户营销支持工作，按网点需求提供相应辅助资料，辅导网点理财经理完成保单服务；

• 落实公司关于客户真实性及客户信息安全性管理要求；

• 根据公司要求和业务发展需要，策划和执行各类营销宣传活动；

• 为网点提供客户分层管理专业意见；

• 协助银行及公司做好客户续期服务、保全服务、满期兑付和理赔等客户售后工作；

• 按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作；

• 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职基本要求：

• 大学本科及以上学历，若从业经验丰富及专业能力较强，可放宽至大专学历；

• 年龄18周岁（含）-45周岁（含）之间；

• 通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试；

• 需满足以下条件之一：具有渠道资源；5年以上销售经验；2年及以上银保渠道服务经验；

• BDM3.1及以上职级要具备至少3年银保渠道服务经验；

• 熟悉保险及金融业务知识，具有CICE保险证书、LOMA证书、AFP证书、CFP证书、RFP证书、税务规划师或官方认证的其他保险专业证书人员优先录用；

• 具备较强语言表达能力、沟通协调能力和分析解决问题能力。
