1，大专及以上学历；

2，5年以上FMCG销售经验，3年以上销售管理经验；

3，拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；

4，良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属，带领团队达成预定业绩目标；

5，强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作；

6，有开发市场，搭建通路的能力和经验。

What will be your key responsibilities?

•管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”

•

1，负责辖区销售预测、制定每期销售计划，确保销售目标达成；

2，追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实；

3，关注经销商，权重批发商，重点零售客户，定期做生意回顾和机会分析，跟进各项过程指标达成；

4，整合各类资源（人员、费用、车辆等）；

5，提高资源使用效率明确团队成员工作职责和目标，定期进行绩效回顾；

6，团队人员凝聚，激励，营造良好的团队氛围，提升战斗力。
