職務内容】 3M研磨材製品の販売
・西日本(近畿~九州)の担当エリアにおいて、特約店、販売店と協業しエンドユーザーに対して研磨材製品(グラインダー用研磨材、研磨ベルト、不織布研磨材など)の提案販売。
・キーアカウント(主要ユーザー)の売上管理(予測と実績の管理)。
・3M特約販売店への製品紹介と提案、販売活動。
*エンドユーザーは主に工業系の製造業(自動車、造船、建機、鉄鋼、鉄骨、板金、製缶、機械など)。
【応募条件】
<必須>
・四年制大学卒業以上。
・普通自動車運転免許。
・日常生活、ビジネスに支障のない日本語スキル。(読む・書く・聞く・話す)
・日常会話レベルの英語スキル。(読む、書く、聞く、話す)
・Microsoft Officeの基本スキル。

[Job Content / Responsibilities] Sales of 3M abrasive products
Propose and sell abrasive products (such as abrasives for grinders, abrasive belts, non-woven abrasives, etc.) to end-users in the assigned area of West Japan (Kinki to Kyushu regions), in cooperation with distributors and dealers.
Sales management (forecasting and actual performance tracking) for key accounts (major users).
Product introduction, proposal, and sales activities to 3M authorized distributors.
End-users are mainly in the industrial manufacturing sector (automotive, shipbuilding, construction machinery, steel, steel structures, sheet metal, metal canning, machinery, etc.)
[Application Requirements]
< Required>
Bachelor's degree (from a 4-year university) or higher.
Valid standard driver's license.
Japanese language proficiency sufficient for daily life and business without any hindrance (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
Daily conversation level English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
< Preferred>
Sales experience (especially BtoB business experience with industrial users).
