芯片系统架构师北京、上海社招全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游 - 研发职位描述Determines, specifies and evaluates the viability of complex hardware features and structures and ensures that software and hardware designs interface correctly. Designs framework for particular functions. Defines, documents and tests processes for inclusion into technical platforms, subsystem specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility. Identifies, analyzes and resolves subsystem and/or SoC design weaknesses. Influences the shaping of future products by significantly contributing to the architecture used across design families. Provides multilayered technical assistance for next generation initiatives.Responsible for defining SoC Frontend Architecture and Micro-architectureDefine SoC microarchitecture for SoC test-chips or prototypes, publish the specification for the various subsystems or IPsDrive the selection of various interface and functional IPsWork with Design and Verification leads on feature scoping, trade-off analysis and design implementation phasing plans, Verification recommendations, Design and Verification plan reviewsInterface with Physical Design during timing clocking reviews and convergence issues, Power-Performance, and post-Silicon Validation team during Power-ON and post-Si ValidationsPower-Performance, and post-Silicon Validation team during Power-ON and post-Si ValidationsPerform performance and performance/watt modeling, estimate gate count, power using SystemC, FlexNoC, Platform Architect, other tools.Lead the performance model definition and development.Participate in design reviews of hardware and related software systems.Collaborate with internal and external team members on architectural decisions, development flows and methodologies.职位要求You must possess one of the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your research and/or relevant previous job experiencesMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 7 years' progressive related experience working in SoC architecture or Micro-architecture for a complex IP(s)Candidate with a Master's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or associated discipline is preferred.Preferred Skills/Experience (one or more of the following) are considered a plus for this position:Experience with DDR controller with LPDDR/GDDR/HBM memory interfacesExperience with modeling complex SoC using systemC or alikeExperience with High performance and/or low power SOCs Architecture/microarchitectureExperience with Network-On-Chip, Ethernet, Media, Video interfacesExperience with Camera, Media and Video interfacesExperience with ARM or RISC-V core integration and customizationsExperience in integrating high speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet etc.Experience in architecting, designing and implementing on sub 7nm silicon technology node(s)投递
