Responsibilities:
保证公司生产经营的正常运行，严格遵守集团采购政策与流程，管理物流采购业务，保证物流资源供应。
1、需求管理：
接收和分析技术规范和业务需求，寻求对公司最有利的管理流程与措施，与使用部门就服务质量要求达成一致
2、持续优化
针对不同的服务类别，按照SQA流程选择合乎公司要求的潜在供应商； 针对不同的业务类型，不断优化运输方案、招标方案、质量标准，以获得更好的价格与服务；
根据公司的业务发展，持续优化流程，提高效率；
3、市场调研：
为了获得品质、价格、交货期、服务均符合公司要求的服务，需要充分了解物流市场，进行市场分析。
4、流程符合性
严格按照集团采购政策、SOP、采购工作指导书等要求开展采购活动，严禁“先斩后奏”、“未批先建”等行为，有能力识别内外部风险，利用各项政策保护公司权益；
5、成本控制
按照历史价格作为标杆，通过开发新供应商、集中采购模式、推动优化项目、具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力持续为公司生产运营成本的降低努力；
6、EHS管理
1) 对本岗位/本专业范围的生产活动安全和设备设施的运行安全负责，保证适用的各项EHS规章制度全面有效的执行实施;
2) 通过培训，风险管控，隐患排查治理等本岗位职能相关的日常管理来保障EHS管理体系有效运行
