開発製品 品質保証エンジニア
＜職務内容＞
製品の品質を保証するQA部門の中でも今回募集する開発品質保証部門は、ウエスタンデジタルのHDD主要開発拠点である藤沢事業所において、新製品HDDの企画・開発段階から参画し、仕様適合性やお客様の要求品質を評価・認定を行い、量産につなげます。さらに、新技術・新機能に対応した評価方法やテストプログラムを開発し、各種試験やデータ解析を通じて、HDDの品質向上に貢献します。
具体的な業務は以下の通り。
- 新製品の理解と評価プロセス・基準の策定
- 評価プログラムの開発
- 評価時に発生する不具合・問題の理解と対策の検討
- 評価データの解析
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Lab Senior Engineer to lead testing and validation activities for new products. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance through rigorous testing, data analysis, and process improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with hands-on lab experience and leadership capability.
資格
＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞
・大卒相当以上
・プログラム開発業務経験（Python/SQL）
・英語：英語利用に抵抗のない方(目安：TOEIC 700点以上程度)
実務での英語使用経験は不問ですが、業務上読み書きは必須あり、入社後、英語での会議やコミュニケーションがあります。
・日本語：ビジネスレベル
＜あれば望ましいスキル＞
・プログラム開発業務経験（Ruby）
・他部門を巻き込んでのプロジェクトマネージメント・リードの経験がある方
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
- 6+ years of experience in product testing, validation, or lab engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and test equipment
- Knowledge of reliability testing, environmental testing, and validation standards
- Experience with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, R or similar)
- Strong understanding of failure analysis techniques and quality processes
- Experience working with global teams or suppliers
- Product validation & reliability engineering
- Test equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Root cause analysis

【想定年収】800万円 ～ 950万円
月給：34万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）
※裁量労働制を選択の場合、裁量勤務手当を支給

【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。
