◆概要金融×テクノロジーをテーマとして、金融機関の抱える様々な事業課題をテクノロジーを活用して解決し、ビジネスの変革に寄与する事をミッションとしています。自社製品やサービスを売る、のではなく、アクセンチュアのグローバルの知見を結集して、世界中のソリューションから最適な解決策を導き出し、クライアントの変革に貢献します。◆主な仕事内容新事業創造：テクノロジーを活用した新規事業の企画・計画策定既存事業の競争力強化：テクノロジーを活用した既存事業の強化方針策定テクノロジー活用戦略策定：AIやデータ等、先進テクノロジーの事業における活用方向性の検討テクノロジー課題解決：モダナイゼーション、セキュリティ対応、インフラアーキ検討等、事業推進におけるテクノロジー課題の対応方向性検討大規模トランスフォーメーション推進：上記戦略策定や企画から発出する大規模なビジネス変革の推進◆プロジェクト事例・IT中期経営計画/ITグランドデザイン策定・AIを活用した業務効率化方針検討、導入推進・企業合併に伴うIT合併計画策定、推進・大規模モダナイゼーション計画策定、推進・クラウド移行方針検討、移行推進・グローバル新規バンキングビジネス構築・ITガバナンスモデル高度化（リスクおよび予算管理、データマネジメント、アーキテクチャ検討 等） など

テクノロジーを活用した金融機関の変革に熱意を持って取り組める方を募集します。ITやコンサルティングの経験は歓迎いたしますが、必須ではありません。不問です。（主な想定前職）・金融機関(銀行/証券/生保/損保/信販/カード等)での業務経験のある方・SIerでの業務経験のある方・コンサルティングファームでの業務経験のある方・ITインフラおよびAI系企業での業務経験のある方
