職務目的(Job Purpose)
傷害・医療保険を担当するアンダーライター(引受業務担当者)の実務リーダーとして、様々なマーケットの個別契約、アカウントに対して、引受・継続の判断を行うだけでなく、お客様ニーズと収益確保を両立させるべく最適な保険提案を実施する。
また、商品開発・改定の際には引受規定、ガイドラインの策定を主体となって行い、適切なリスクの保険契約の獲得や継続を行い、保険収益を確保し、契約者に還元できるようにする。具体的には主には以下の項目を担う。
