候補者は、お客様のCXOレベルだけでなく、IT部門やマーケティング部門、研究開発部門ともエンゲージできる能力が必要となります。
また、担当テリトリを成長させる戦略を作り、常に四半期ごとのターゲットを達成できるようにチームをリードできなければいけません。
Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing. We are looking for a Sr. Sales Enterprise Manager (Telecom) in Japan. He/she will hire and develop a skilled team to execute on this strategy resulting in the adoption of Amazon Web Services in a wide range of Telecom Industry customer base. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in large and complex Telecom Industry accounts. He/she will drive engagements at the CXO level across organizations with a customer obsessed approach.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Sales Enterprise Manager (Telecom), you will have the exciting opportunity to help driving the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on adoption, and market penetration in Enterprise market. You should have experience that enables you and enterprise sales team to help drive engagements at CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Hire and build out an enterprise sales team.
•Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise customer set in Japan.
•Drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in Enterprise customers.
•Drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with Line of Business leaders across complex organizations.
•Work with partners (System Integration Partners, Channel Partners, Network providers, Independent Software Vendors) to extend reach & drive adoption.
•Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
•Prepare and deliver business review to the leadership team.
A day in the life
You will work closely with teams across different AWS functions (partner development, account management, training, marketing, finance, programs etc) to run and align day to day operations, define and build case for funding / investments (as required), ensure build and sell alignment.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience of 15+ years in technology related (IT infrastructure / cloud products and services) Key Account Management, Partner Business Management, Sales Strategy, or a mix of such exposure with experience in having owned and delivered a revenue goal
- Close relationship with company executives and/or key stakeholders, and a proven track record of business execution with partners
- Experience in driving multiple cross industry and collaborative initiatives to meet a common business objective
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving business in a managerial role
- Business level in verbal and written Japanese & English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience of working with large, global organizations is preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance, once the objectives have been set, and overall direction has been aligned
- A keen sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver in ambiguity
- Strategic thinking: to think strategically about business challenges, and create a compelling value proposition
- Relationship management: ability to build rapport and earn trust with a wide range of internal and external senior stakeholders
- Project management: to be able to execute a wide-ranging overall plan through assigned, monitorable tasks, and deliver results
- Communication and presentation skills: to articulate ideas to cross functional audiences
- Willingness to travel to meet with partner executives, customers and internal stakeholders, attend events and support field teams as required
