Who Are We?

At HoYoverse, we are committed to creating immersive virtual world experiences for players around the world. In addition to game products such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse also launched the dynamic desktop software N0va Desktop, the community product HoYoLAB, and created a variety of products such as animations, comics, music, novels, and merchandise around our original creative concept.

クリエイターマネジメントとコンテンツ戦略を通じ、HoYoverseのクリエイターコミュニティをさらに盛り上げていくことを目指しており、同じ趣味をもつメンバーたちと一緒に成長することができます！

仕事内容

1. チームで設定した目標に基づいて、各プラットフォームの特性に適合したクリエイターを発見、アプローチする為の施策を企画実行し、目標の達成を目指します。

2. コミュニティを運用するためのルールや各クリエイターに対するプランのベースを策定します。クリエイターからの要望に合わせた育成制度を検討し、クリエイターの満足度やアクティビティを向上させます。

3. 実施した企画に対するクリエイターやユーザーの反響に基づいて、データ分析を行い、それによる改善施策を担当します。

4. 運営施策、アクティビティ促進施策などによって、既存ユーザー以外の潜在的ユーザーへの認知度の向上や情報の拡散を促進します。

募集要項

＜必須要件＞

1. 学士号以上の学歴を持つ方。

2. 3年以上の業務経験のある方。コンテンツプラットフォームの運営またはクリエイターマネジメントの経験がある方。

3. 論理的な思考力とデータ分析力に自信がある方。

＜歓迎要件＞

1. 日本地域におけるクリエイターやターゲットユーザーの特性、市場についてを深く理解している方

2. 折衝能力や調整力に自信があり、能動的なコミュニケーションを取れる方。

3. ビジネスレベルの英語、もしくは中国語のスキルを持つ方。

4. Hoyoverseのタイトルをプレイしたことがある方（やりこんでいる方）。
