業務内容

主な業務内容
障害特性を考慮の上、以下のいずれか1つの業務を中心に、その業務に付随する関連業務をご担当いただきます。
・次世代メモリ（DRAM）の設計開発（新しい回路技術の開発や、より小さなメモリチップ面積の実現、信頼性確保、動作速度向上、消費電力低減を実現する設計開発）
・2Dの電子回路をICとしてシリコンウェハ上に実現するため、デザインツールを用いて、個々の素子を配置し、または素子間を配線で接続した3Dの回路パターンのデザイン
・試作のウェハやチップを専用テスタを用いて、各種機能、スピード、消費電力、動作電圧などの項目を評価します。改善点をプロセスや設計にフィードバックし、顧客ニーズにこたえる製品づくりに貢献 など
