業務内容
ヘルスケアプロダクションチームのプロデュース業務をご担当いただきます。
動画制作のみにとどまらず、ヘルスケア領域でのコンテンツ制作を中心にコミュニケーシンのスペシャリストとして、グループ会社およびクライアントとの協業を測りプロジェクトをリードしていただきます。社内、社外のスタッフと連携をとり、プロジェクトをリードしていただきます。受注活動、企画提案、制作進行業務、見込み案件や技術面でのコンサルテーションやクオリティーチェックも行います。
ヘルスケア領域でのビジネスを把握した上で、正確な進行管理を実行していきます。
長期的な視点の元で、Pubilicisグループ内でのヘルスケア事業の拡大を担っていける人材を募集しております。
Qualifications
求めるスキル
1. 医療系動画コンテンツの制作スキル
- いわゆるOTCではなく専門医療系コンテンツの制作経験がある
- 動画だけでなくデジタル、紙媒体、グラフィック等を含めた総合的なプロデュース力を発揮できる方だとなお良し
2. 企画提案の実施経験
- コスト、スケジュール、フィージビリティを加味したうえでの企画立案ができる
- 案件の大小は問いません フレキシブルに自らのアイデアをコンテ化してプレゼンテーションができる
- 初回ブリーフ時から、芯をとらえたコミュニケーションを図り、コンテンツ制作での課題抽出とゴール設定ができる
- 動画制作だけでなく幅広い業務に対して、フレキシブルに対応できる
3. 実行力
- 相手の状況や立場を考えながら、公正に物事を判断し、相手に伝わるコミュニケーション、的確なディレクションができる
- リスクヘッジを視野に入れて行動ができ、トラブル発生時は解決することができる
- ベンダーの効率的／効果的なアロケーションを考えてプロジェクトを確実に進行できる
- クオリティーの向上、スキルアップを常に意識しながら、担当業務を、誠実に責任をもって最後までやり遂げられる
4. 業務経験
- 動画プロダクションにおける実務経験
- いわゆる企業パッケージモノだけでなく、幅広い業務経験が望まれる（LIVE配信の経験があると望ましい）
- プロデューサー業務及びプロジェクトマネージャーとして、複数の案件、スタッフを同時に采配する経験
- Adobeアプリケーションの使用経験
5. 語学力
- 日本語 ： ネイティブレベル
- 英語 ： 中級以上の読み書きと日常会話レベル以上の会話力があると望ましい
