調達マネージャー/Procurement Manager

職務内容

本ポジションでは、ビジネスを支援する調達および物流戦略を主体的に管理・実行し、コスト・品質・供給の信頼性を最適化する機会があります。また、ビジネス要件に沿った効果的な購買戦略を策定・実施し、現在および将来のニーズを満たせるサプライヤー能力の確保に貢献していただきます。

勤務形態：オンサイト／ハイブリッド

勤務地は静岡県伊豆の国市です。または東京都品川区を勤務地として、伊豆の国市まで週3回出張ベースで勤務する働き方も可能です。(出張頻度は選考プロセスの中でご相談させて頂きます）

主な職務内容

• 定められた要件に基づき、プロジェクトにおける競争力のある調達およびサプライヤーマネジメント戦略を策定し、ローカル調達活動と部門戦略の整合性を確保する
• ビジネスおよびオペレーションチームと早期に連携し、コスト・品質・納期改善のための調達戦略を計画・実行する（グローバルおよび事業部のガイドラインに準拠）
• 担当国のプロジェクトにおける調達活動の実行・進捗管理を行い、リスクの特定・分析・対応する（適切なリスク軽減策の実施）
• 輸出入許可、税務、通関、輸送書類など、地域の貿易・物流要件へのコンプライアンスを確保する
• ステークホルダーへの物流プロセスおよびインコタームズに関する知識共有と、プロジェクト期間中の円滑な実行を支援する
• 調達の標準・ツール・プロセスを適用し、品質・納期・コスト・サステナビリティを確保する

応募資格

学歴

• 工学系、またはファイナンス／経営学の学士号

経験

• 約8〜10年の経験（プロジェクト調達、購買、サプライチェーン）
• 自動化および電気機器・サービス分野での経験

スキル・知識

• 関連するサプライ市場に関する知識
• 調達プロセス、P2Pシステム、ローカル物流要件の理解
• 強い交渉力と契約・法務の理解

ソフトスキル

• 異文化理解力と優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 論理的で結果志向、主体性・当事者意識が高い
• 自発的かつプロアクティブに行動できる
• 技術的・分析的な理解力

言語

• 日本語：日本語能力試験1級レベル必須

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to pro-actively manage and execute the Procurement and Logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business requirements to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid

※The location will be Izunokuni-shi, Shizuoka or Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. If the location is Tokyo, company asks you to have business trip to Izunokuni-shi 3 days a week. (The frequency of business trips will be discussed during the selection process.)

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Developing competitive sourcing & supplier management solutions in projects within the defined requirements, ensuring alignment between local procurement activities and division strategy.

• Early engagement with Business and Operations team in planning sourcing strategies and implementing initiatives to drive improvement in cost, quality, and delivery, in accordance with group/business area procurement guidelines and global division/business area objectives.

• Execution and tracking of procurement activities to identify, analyze, and address procurement risks across all projects in the assigned country/s, ensuring proper and necessary mitigating actions are put in place.

• Compliance towards local trade & logistics requirements on import/export permits, tax, custom clearance, shipping documents, etc. Transfer of knowledge on logistic process and incoterms policy to the stakeholders and ensure seamless execution during project phase.

• Applying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or finance/business administration, strong technical and analytical understanding

• About 8 - 10 years of experience in project sourcing, procurement and supply chain covering

• automation and electrical equipment and services.

• Good knowledge of commodity / business relevant supply markets.

• Strong knowledge of business, policies and organization including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems and local Logistics processes and requirements.

• Good cultural understanding with excellent communication skills, structured, results oriented, self-driven, proactive, takes ownership.

• Strong negotiation skills with contractual/legal understanding.

• JLPT N1 level in Japanse language skill is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English language communication is needed. Additional understanding of Korean language is preferred.
